摘要:咖啡馆在中国是民国时期才在大城市普遍出现的,喝咖啡从那时起就已成为文化,时尚,情调和享受生活的方式。随着网络和电视传媒的发展,咖啡文化在以盈利为目的的形势下改变成为了连锁业咖啡,咖啡文化在这种改中也变成了快餐文化。连锁咖啡店虽然符合了现代快节奏的都市生活,可是在快节奏的生活中人们更多的是要求精致的高质量生活,在快节奏中寻找安静舒适的环境,释放压力,缓解心情。这时,咖啡馆的主题性设计,用不同的文化内涵或不同的功能需求为重点,吸引更多的顾客相聚,一边体验其中的咖啡文化,一边放松心境。咖啡馆的主题性设计规划越来越受人们的亲睐,这在不断的变化中,以主题性、文化性、个性化的咖啡馆将成为时尚潮流,成为设计的重要之势。

ABSTRACT:Cafe is common in big cities during the period of the republic of China, drinking coffee since then it has become a culture and fashion, the emotional appeal and the way of enjoying life.
