摘要:饮食文化由来已久，可以说，人类的历史有多长，饮食文化的发展史便有多悠久。饮食文化中的内涵，包含了人文、宗教、艺术、文化、社会发展等因素。而建筑装饰风格，也同样是一门悠久的艺术，其起源于生活，慢慢衍生到宗教，艺术，文化，等各个领域。餐饮空间装饰设计，正是将这两者相碰撞，相结合。相辅相成。最终创造出一个温馨，适宜，舒适，且具有时代艺术气息的餐饮空间。这里，就西餐文化，与欧式装饰风格，进行细致的分析，论证西餐厅，采用欧式装饰风格的合理性。努力创造一个，舒适，大气，同时具有时代感与艺术感的餐饮空间。
欧式装饰风格，作为西方装饰的主流风格。按不同的地域文化可分为北欧、简欧和传统欧式。而对西方的饮食文化的了解，也尤其重要。西餐，顾名思义，就是指西方人的饮食。‘西’是西方的意思，指欧洲各国，也就是西餐的发源地。大致可分为法式、意式、俄式、英式、美式。西餐给人的第一印象往往是，绅士，礼节，典雅和浪漫。这与西方的礼仪文化，和宗教信仰，以及历史发展，都是分不开的。
大致分析以后，不难发现，西餐与欧式风格，在发源地，宗教，人文文化，等诸多方面，有很大的共通之处。本文，接下来，将进行更加具体的分析，阐述和论证。
