摘要：经济的发展带动了人们生活水平的提高，他们对生活质量的要求也越来越高，这在住宅的室内设计中变现非常突出，特别是别墅的设计中。房地产市场的火爆带来的是室内设计的不断发展，人们开始重视居住环境的舒适与美观，对以往室内设计的理解也发生了根本变化。室内设计市场的火爆带动了室内设计产业的发展，提高了国内室内设计水平，同时加上部分新型材料的使用，各种设计风格不断出现，很大程度上却是改变了人们的居住环境。室内设计从产生之初到现在发生着巨大的变迁，设计风格也是不断变化，经历了无数的繁荣与衰败，纵观历史，唯有尊重自然、关怀人文的设计风格经久不衰。中国人有其独特的思维方式，有着对人与自然的和谐共生的永恒追求，因此符合中国人的设计更应当注重这种思想意识的引导。新中式设计是一种中国传统文化的继承，同时也包含西方文化的融入，是一种即符合中国人的审美需求，同时也符合时代潮流的一种新型室内设计理念，因此有必要对其进行深入研究。文章从新中式别墅设计为切入点，分析新中式别墅设计的产生与发展过程，在此基础上同时对新中式别墅室内设计的手法进行分析，并结合部分案例分析如何使新中式风格与别墅室内设计完美结合，希望通过笔者的研究，对新中式室内设计的发展成熟提供一定的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT:with the improvement of social standards of living, people also have higher requirements on quality of life, particularly on the importance placed on the interior design. The hot real estate market, follow is the interior decoration of the bustle of the market. There is a growing emphasis on comfortable and beautiful living space, changing the perception of Interior design in the past. Residential Interior design boom, to some extent, raise the level of the domestic interior design, coupled with the introduction of various new materials, use of various design styles, did much to improve the living environment of space. Interior design from the origins to the present has undergone numerous changes in style, has undergone numerous boom and decline. But looking at the history of Interior design, only to enduring respect for nature, humanity design style, style and design are inseparable from the formation and influence of cultural ideology. "Harmony" idea under the influence of traditional Chinese culture, the Chinese developed a unique way of thinking, behavior, is the eternal pursuit of harmony between man and nature. In the area of Interior design that serve the design, study of new Chinese-style innovative designs that meet the "harmony" concept design style is particularly important. Innovative ideas under the guidance of a Chinese perspective, the harmonious fusion of traditional culture and modern design of the new design concept, allows us to clearly distinguish pure motivation for design, helps us to find belonging to their own ethnic diversity, a modern stylish design. Article from new Chinese design as the starting point to analyze the evolution of new Chinese-style villa, and an analysis of the new Chinese-style Villa interior design approach.

新中式设计风格也可以称作现代中式设计风格，是在现代人的审美观念的指导下对传统的中式设计元素进行必要的提炼加工，将传统的装饰语言更加符号化和抽象化，从而让其更加符合人们的审美需求。将现代与传统想结合，创作出具有典型东方特征的设计文化，同时又能满足现代人的审美需求，这是对当今设计文化的宣扬，同时也是对古典设计文化的继承与发展。相对于别墅设计而言，现代设计中多运用线条、块面进行设计，从而营造一种具有时代气息的设计风格，同时在设计中注入一些传统元素，使得室内设计不仅体现出现代气息，同时也保留了传统的神韵。在别墅设计中具体表现在以下几点：其一，特定区域内的具有传统民居特色的别墅设计；其二，别墅的房顶、墙面、门窗等中沿用一些传统的图案；其三，将一些青砖或者粉墙等应用到室内设计中；其四，镂空的窗花造型或者传统颜色的大范围运用；其五，家具摆设中注入中式元素等等。总之，新中式风格并非一种绝对独立的设计风格，而是在传承中式风格的基础上适当融入一些西方设计思想，运用一些更加时尚的设计元素，将中式的视觉符号进行必要的优化，从而形成一种相对独立的，符合中国人审美需求的中式设计风格。
