摘要:随着时代的进步，人们的物质水平得到大幅提升，与此同时发生的变化是人们的思想观点、审美水平、市场透明度也与时俱进。而在80后的年轻一代的新思想推动下，现在家居装饰逐步走向追求个性化的同时，也出现了DIY装饰的潮流。
其次，更重要的是，很多本环境设计专业的大学生对施工知识欠缺。可能是在校期间，因为各种原因，都缺少施工经验及现场考察的机会，所以很多大学生设计的方案根本不符合实际，致使，出现很多设计无法实现、无法施工。
而本文就是主要通过本人在家居装修中的现场经历，总结出家居装修的施工流程及施工材料。让本行业、本专业及DIY装修的年轻一代更加了解家装施工的理论，让大学生对家装的每一个施工环节及所用的材料更加深入了解。

本篇论文是以我本人长期在企业工作的体会，曾从事室内设计师、家装施工项目经理、家装工程验收、工程管理及工程监理的全部工作经历。在社会工作期间，我思考了很多，我本人觉得做一名设计师，不但有过硬的绘图基础，而且需要丰富的现场经验和施工经验，再而通过实践，才能成为一名普通的室内设计师。
在家居装修的过程中，涉及的人员和行业比较多，从业主到设计师到施工人员，素质及文化水平有较大差异，所以会出现很多意向不到的事情。一套施工质量高的家装，不是简单学了这套施工流程就能轻易开工的，这只是基础，这只是让你在施工过程中避免出现一些低级错误。因为想学好家装施工，不单单需要过硬的施工知识和施工经验，还必须要实地考察、实地学习，才能掌握更丰富的经验。除此之外，为了保证施工时间及施工质量，应该聘请一个专业的管理团队及多名经验丰富的施工人员，这样才能避免更多的麻烦。
