摘要:为满足经济发展的需要,有关单位决定设立五星工业区,将辖区内的各工厂集中在一起。为了满足工业区的长期发展规划,在五星工业区的东西两部分各建造一座变电站。
从世界各国发生的大规模停电事故中可以看出,绝大部分都是电力网的规划设计失误,比如电力网的规划远远落后电源增长,电网结构复杂、不合理、电压等级错综复杂等。因此制定规划一个结构合理,运行灵活,可靠,没有送电“瓶颈”的电力网,对于工业区的发展非常重要。
本次设计的指导思想是尽量简化工业区内的电压等级,合理布置电力网接线,使设计的工业区电力网达到运行可靠、经济等指标。设计的重点主要放在工业区负荷的计算、各输电与配电线路导线的选择与校验、短路计算、潮流计算、接线图设计等方面。

ABSTRACT:To meet the need for economic development, relevant units have decided to set up a five-star industrial zone to put all the factories together in the territory. To its long-run developing plan, a transformer substation should be built in each side of the zone, east and west.
It is obvious from the wide blackouts all over the world that most of them are due to the fault of the power network design, such as the falling behind of the power grid plan to the increase of power, complication and unreasonability of the network, and complexion of the volt. Therefore, it is essential to the development of the industrial zone to plan a reasonable, flexible and dependable power grid without a bottleneck.
The main idea of this design is to simplify the volt levels of the zone, arrange the line reasonably, so as to make the grid dependable and economical. The key point of the design lays in load calculation, the select and the verification of the wires, short-circuit calculation, connection diagram design and load flow calculation.
