摘要:随着信息技术的广泛使用，网络技术逐渐渗入社会生活各个层面，互联网在国际上得到了迅猛的发展，基于互联网的各种应用也日益受到人们的重视。B/S结构的车辆租赁管理系统正是在这种形势下应运而生的。随着社会物质条件的改善，生产生活节奏的加快，人们越来越意识到时间的重要性，在工作中，生活中越来越注重如何节省时间，提高效率。因为工作和生活的缘故，在必要的时候向车辆租赁公司提出租赁车辆的服务要求，已成为大众广为认可和接受的行为和选择。在这种社会需求的强力带动下，车辆租赁市场出现了前所未有的一片繁荣景象。各个汽车租赁公司门庭若市，业务激增。然而在繁忙的景象背后，却也暴露出车辆租赁公司在处理业务信息时以人工方式为主所带来的诸如：效率低下，管理混乱，失误增多等诸多弊端。
与人工方式租赁车辆相比本系统是一个B/S结构车辆租赁管理系统，采用ASP.NET技术和SQL Server 2000数据库管理系统作为工具进行开发。整个系统从操作简单性，界面友好性，功能实用性，为车辆信息发布，租赁和管理车辆提供一个广阔而廉价的平台，为租赁双方提供了便捷而全面的车辆租赁信息，使用户可以快速，方便地找到合适的车辆实现在线租车，而租赁公司方便的发布车辆信息等。本系统设计开发主要包括用户信息管理，站内新闻发布，车辆信息管理，车辆租赁管理，留言管理和用户管理等功能，已基本满足车辆租赁工作的需要。
本设计说明书主要介绍了本课题的研究背景与研发现状，系统总体设计，系统的实现，主要功能模块代码实现，重点与难点等，重点说明了本课题的设计思想和各个模块的详细设计过程。

However, in view of the busy behind, but also exposed car rental company in the treatment of the business information to artificially mainly brought about by the way such as: the efficiency is low, the management confusion, error and increase of many disadvantages.
And artificial way than the vehicles this system is a B/S structure rental management system, using asp.net technology and SQL Server 2000 database management system as a tool for development. The whole system from simple operation sex, friendly interface sex, the function is practical, for vehicle information release, lease and management to provide a broad vehicle cheap and platform, both for lease provides convenient and the comprehensive vehicle rental information, the user can quickly and easily find the right vehicle implementing online car rental, and leasing company convenient release vehicle information, etc. This system design development mainly include user information management, in the station news release, the vehicle information management, car renting management, message management and user management, and other functions, has basically meet the requirements of the car rental.
