摘要:成本是企业生存的保障，是综合反映企业工作质量、经营管理水平的重要指标。在市场经济条件下追求利润最大化是企业的主要经营目标，如何以最小的投入获得最大的产出是企业管理永恒的主题。也就是说成本高低直接影响到企业的经济效益。所以说企业采用一定的手段来降低成本是跟企业的利润的增加密切相关的。

如今的社会商业竞争激烈，为了可以让自己立足于社会，很多大企业都有其各自就的降低成本费用的方法，中小企业的管理者可以借鉴很多大企业的一些管理经验，比如说塑造一个好的采购部，这个也很重要，一个好的团队可以为公司创造很多盈利；其次，可以不断开发供货商，营造竞争局面，俗话说得好，货比三家，给供货商之间营造彼此竞争的氛围，才会让自己在其中得到最好的；也可以采取与供货商共赢，现在这种情况普遍存在， 与供货商合作，谋取共赢是有远见的企业坚持不懈的工作。如果只顾自己的利益，将会被供货商抛弃，名人言：“刀光剑影大火拼，双打总比单打好。”还有像在招标工作上采取一些技巧、管理好采购员、控制好采购数量等等，很多方面都可以控制好来低成本费用。
不过，中小企业也不能太盲目的跟从，当然，最好能有自己的创新，找到自己企业的核心资源，这样才不容易让其他企业所取代。总之，中小企业应根据自己的企业的特点，合理运用各种方法，从各个方面各个环节，多层次的对企业的成本费用进行有效地控制管理，从而慢慢的降低成本费用，以达到企业在激烈的竞争中处于优势具有强有力的竞争力。
