摘要:21世纪财务管理的环境发生了巨大的变化。随着社会经济环境不断变化、科学技术日新月异，为了适应时代发展的变化，企业集团财务管理模式也处于激烈的变革之中。在市场经济条件下，集团公司的兴衰成败在很大程度上取决于集团的管理，而现代企业制度的建立，财务管理成了现代企业管理的中心。集团公司的财务机构担负着筹资、投资、资金的分配和运用的重任。
集团公司能否强化子公司的财务管理，是集团公司规范运作的关键。本文通过简述集团公司的主要类型及特点等，一方面分析了集团公司及其中一间子公司的各项财务指标，另一方面还分析了集团公司财务管理中存在的问题及原因，并提出集团公司加强和改善分公司财务管理的实用对策。

Abstract:The 21st century financial management environment has undergone tremendous changes. With the socio-economic environment is constantly changing, of science and technology enterprise group financial management model, in order to adapt to changing times, in the radical changes. Group Company under market economy conditions, the success or failure depends largely on the Group's management and the establishment of modern enterprise system, financial management has become the center of the modern enterprise management. The Corporation's financial institutions responsible for financing, investment, capital allocation and use of heavy responsibility.
Group Company's ability to strengthen the financial management of the subsidiary is the key to regulate the operation of the Group Company. This paper outlined the main types of group companies and features, on the one hand, the financial indicators of the group companies of a subsidiary, on the other hand also analyzed the problems and the reasons for the financial management of the Corporation, and proposed Group to strengthen and improve the practical measures of branch financial management.

大型集团公司的产值是一国经济的支柱力量，它们的研发水平让中小公司望其项背，它们的管理方式和发展规模始终处于领导地位。可以说，几乎大部分的这种经济体采取了集团企业的形式。企业集团已然成为现代工商企业发展的必然归宿。典型的现代企业管理已不再是对单一企业的管理，而是对集团企业的全方位管理。财务管理则是永远是集团管理的核心，如何做好财务管理工作，至今还没有最优的模式。
