摘要:我国的制造业以东莞地区为例，在经历次贷危机后，不少企业都出现了经营危机。2007年美国爆发的次贷危机波及全球，引发一系列不良反应，受其连累欧洲很多国家也出现了债务危机。东莞的制造业多数是依靠外国订单加工后获取利润，在这样的经济情况下，东莞制造业企业订单大幅减少，利润自然也大大减少了。我国的经济环境也不乐观，企业融资难度加大，企业的税负、生产原材料成本、劳动力成本等成本费用也不断增加，可获得利润空间不断缩小。由此可见，企业利润减少，费用增加，其可用于自身经营运作的资金越来越少，资金链也非常紧张，如果企业的资金链其中一环出现问题，后果非常严重，直接威胁到企业的生产发展。
本文章首先阐述了资金链的概念和作用，然后通过对东莞制造企业资金链安全状况及企业资金链断裂现象和成因进行全面分析，提出相关理论及提出了企业提高财务风险管理水平、加强现金流量监管，建立财务预警系统、引入EVA财务管理模式、政企沟通机制企业合作机制建立和提高企业创新力度加快转型升级这五点对策，藉此促进企业提高资金链安全的管理水平，使我国制造业企业能在当前经济环境下能更好地发展。

Abstract:The manufacturing industry of our country taking the Dongguan area as an example, in experience after the subprime crisis, many enterprises have appeared in crisis management.In 2007 the United States subprime crisis spread to the world, triggering a series of adverse reactions, by its implication of many European countries also appeared a debt crisis.The manufacturing industry of Dongguan are mostly rely on foreign orders processing gain profit, in this economic situation, Dongguan manufacturing enterprises in order to substantially reduce, profit is greatly reduced.The economic environment of our country is not optimistic, the tax burden on enterprises, production of raw material cost, labor cost and other cost also increases ceaselessly, can gain profit space narrows ceaselessly.Therefore, company profit decreases, increasing costs, which can be used for the operation of capital is less and less, capital chain is very intense, if the enterprise funds chain in which a loop problems, the consequences are very serious, a direct threat to the production of the enterprise development. This article first elaborated the capital chain concept and function, and then through the Dongguan manufacturing enterprise funds chain security situation and enterprise funds chain fault phenomenon and reason on the basis of comprehensive analysis, put forward relevant theories and put forward an enterprise to improve financial risk management level, strengthening cash flow regulation, build financial early warning system, the introduction of EVA financial management mode of communication mechanism, politics look forward to the cooperation mechanism to establish and improve the enterprise innovation to speed up transformation and upgrading the five countermeasures, so as to promote enterprises to improve the capital chain safety management level, make our country manufacturing industry enterprises in the current economic environment can develop better.
