摘要：2010年欧洲的债务危机引起了全球经济的动荡，使得金融危机加剧。在全球经济的发展下，现如今，不光是中国，乃至放眼整个世界，中小企业在国家经济的发展中起到了举足轻重的作用。中小企业是改革开放后出现的企业群体，它们稳定而持续的发展对国民经济的发展、市场经济体制的完善、国家经济的整体竞争力具有广泛而深远的意义。但是，在国际金融危机不断扩散和蔓延的形势下，中小企业发展面临严峻的挑战。在中小企业面临的各种问题中，融资困难是最为突出的一个问题，它是制约中小企业发展的一个瓶颈。本文主要针对当前我国中小企业融资困难的问题，对造成融资困难的各种原因着手分析。并且，从企业自身、银行、政府等各个方面出发，提出针对性的解决方法。

Abstract：In 2010, the European debt crisis caused the global economic unrest. It made the finacial crisis intensified. In the development of the global economy, now, not only China, but also the all world, small and medium-sized enterprises have played a pivotal role in the development of Chinese economy. They appeared after reform and opening up. Small and medium-sized enterprises are enterprise groups which appear after the reform and opening-up policy. The stable and sustainable development of these enterprises is of great significance to the evolution of national economy, the perfection of the market economic system and the whole competitiveness of the state's economy. However, their development challenges a lot in the situation that the international financial crisis spread continuously. Financing is the most significant problem among various questions which enterprise are facing with. It is the bottleneck that restrict the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper is focusing on the analysis of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in our countries. Moreover, I will analyze the reasons of it. In addition, based on the enterprise itself, banks, government and other aspects, I will provide some specific solutions.

中国的中小企业融资难的问题，是亟待解决的重要问题。对待中小企业融资难这一传统问题，我们不应当拘泥于传统观念的束缚，而应当以现代的观点去分析它。不仅要从国家政策的角度加大倾斜力度，而且也要从企业自身的角度去寻找对策，借鉴国内、国外的良好经验，根据具体的实际情况，拿出可操作的具体措施并加以实施。这样，中小企业融资难的这一传统问题必将会得到良好的解决，中小企业必将达到一个新的发展境界，在社会主义现代化建设当中发挥越来越重要的作用。
