摘要:随着美国次贷危机的影响，全球金融市场出现了剧烈震动。在经济领域出现的“资金链”断裂导致企业破产的现象已经引起了各方面的关注。资金链管理不善导致企业失败的案例屡见不鲜，成因多为管理主体缺乏系统的资金链断裂内部控制与风险管理理论的指导，没有建立健全资金链断裂内部控制和风险管理系统，使得企业承受了本来可以预警和避免的资金供应风险。因此，对企业资金链断裂管理现状予以分析和认识，对影响资金链断裂的因素和变量予以研究，对构建资金链断裂预警系统和增强企业降低风险抵御危机的能力显得必要而现实。本文将围绕企业资金链断裂的原因及防范措施等相关内容进行阐述，以求能够找到缓解企业资金链断裂的有效途径。

Abstract:As the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis, global financial market appeared violent vibration. Therefore, the enterprise capital chain rupture management status to analysis and understanding, the impact of capital chain rupture factors and variable to research, for the establishment of fund the reason of the break and preventive measures and other related content is expounded, in order to can find relief enterprise capital chain rupture in an effective way.

资金是企业经营活动的血液,资金链是维系企业生存和发展的命脉。只有保证资金链的安全、健康、顺畅,企业才能不断地创造出更多的价值。从本质上讲，“资金链”是社会经济体系中企业之间债权债务关系的反映。由于经济体中复杂的债权和债务关系，所以“资金链”是任何—个经济体中必然存在的现象。因此，加强对资金链的管理是非常有必要的。发生“资金链”断裂的根本原因在于企业的资金运营链，即利润的形成过程，以及是否能真正的形成利润，即资金回笼链是否正常。所以，评价一个企业的资金链是否安全，是否容易发生断裂，应从企业的短期偿债能力人手，但同时又要兼顾企业的资金运营链及资金同笼链是否健康。资金是企业经营活动占极重要的地位，它维系着企业的正常经营活动。
进行财务预警分析，建立企业财务预警模型已成为现代企业财务管理的重要内容之一。上市公司的财务信息对多方利益相关者都有着重要影响，建立财务预警系统、强化财务管理、避免财务失败和破产，具有重要意义。
