摘要：股利政策是企业的分配政策，上市企业保持一种连续稳定可持续发展的股利政策，有利于树立良好的企业形象，也有利于增强投资者的信心。但是，长期以来，企业的股利分配始终与企业的可持续发展相联系，因此企业在分配股利时应该分配多少，用什么方式分配就成了左右企业可持续发展经营目标的关键问题。本课题旨在分析股利政策的影响因素以及与公司可持续发展的联系，从而在一定意义上对公司的股利决策有一定的借鉴意义，使之更好的有利于公司的整体利益与可持续发展。

Abstract: Dividend policy is enterprise's distribution policy. A listed company should maintain sustainable development of continuous stable dividend policy, not only to set up the good enterprise image, but also to enhance investors' confidence. However, for a long time, enterprise's dividend distribution is always with the sustainable development of enterprise. So, how much should be allocated to distribution of dividends, and what means should be used become the key problems which are sustainable with the goal of the development of enterprise management. This topic is going to analyze the influence factors of dividend policy and the sustainable development relation. Refer to this topic the company would do it better when making a dividend decision-making. As a result, it will be make better to the company's overall interests and sustainable development.
