【摘 要】 企业是一个有机生命体,企业活力是企业生命力的重要体现。改革开放以来,我国中小型企业获得长足发展,目前已成为我国财政收人的主要源泉、社会成员就业的主要解决力量。但是,在中小型企业的发展过程, 也存在着严重的缺陷。比如制度老化,体制不健全等方面的问题。所以现今提出增强私营企业活力问题是具有深刻意义的。本文剖析了我国私营企业发展中面临的主要问题,表现及解决对策。如保持企业的高度灵活性、构建企业长远经营管理模式、继续发挥民营企业勤奋的传统、进行制度改革等。并加入了外国知名企业的优秀经验,希望能对国内私营企业的可持续发展有可借鉴的地方。

【Abstract】 Enterprise is a organism and the enterprise vitality is the important embodiment of its life force. Since China implemented its reform and opening up policies, the small and medium-sized enterprises have achieved great progress. Now, they become the main source of the financial income of our country and solve the employment problems of most social members. However, there are some serious defects in their development, such as the imperfect and ageing of the system. Hence, it is remarkably significant to discuss the problem of enhancing the vitality of the small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper deals with the main problems these enterprises encounter to during the proceeding of development and the performance and some solution measures, such as the preservation of the high elasticity of the enterprise, the mode of long-term operation and management, the promotion of its tradition of diligence, the reformation of systems and so on. And this essay also introduces the excellent experiences of some famous foreign enterprises. I hope these will help the sustainable development of domestic private enterprises.
