摘要：伴随着我国社会经济的发展，中小民营企业也在迅速的发展着，同时为我国的社会经济发展与提高人们的生活质量做出了非常大的奉献，变成我国经济的核心关键部分。可是中小民营企业在快速发展的时候很多问题也伴随着出现，尤其是融资困难总是阻碍与危及着中小民营企业进一步发展，所以解决中小民营企业融资难的问题刻不容缓。在我国，中小民营企业数量非常多，在提供就业机会，增加GDP，上缴税金等多方面起着独一无二的作用。另外，维持中小民营企业强健迅速的发展对建设小康社会意义非凡。
本文基于以上背景，通过文献查阅、图表分析等方法,对企业融资问题进行了比较深入的研究。首先，分析了国内外对中小民营企业融资问题的研究；其次，提出中国中小民营企业融资问题的主要原因；再者，通过结合对安徽莱恩电泵有限公司融资现状的分析，找出其融资困难的问题及原因，最后提出相关可行性的建议，例如完善政府扶助支持体系，完善银行借贷机制，加强自身素质建设等。
