摘要:在日益激烈的市场经济大环境下,尤其是在全球经济萧条的大背景下，中小企业内部流动资金不畅和紧张是始终普遍存在的问题，所以分析企业中流动资金在运营中所出现的问题，从而优化企业内部资产结构，找到有利于加速企业的流动资金循环的方法对策,是有效提高企业流动资金使用效率的有效办法。因此对于深入地去分析企业的流动资金运营出现的问题和对策对促进企业发展是很有必要的。
而本文研究的目的就是对企业流动资金在运营过程中的分析及其存在问题并有效得到解决对策。本文主要运用文献综述和案例分析以及实证分析的解决方法，先对相关的概念和理论进行了阐述，并且分析了目前我国中小企业里流动资金在运营中所存在的问题，接着以宝宇 粮油有限公司的实际数据作为论文案例，从其资产结构以及公司的现金流量入手,并且分析了公司在流动资金运营中所存在的问题，从而提出了解决公司运营中流动资金所存在问题的对策。

Abstract:In the highly competitive market economy, especially in the background of the global economic crisis, the problem of tight liquidity for SME is still in. Analyzing the problem of corporate cash liquidity in operations, optimizing capital structure, and seeking the countermeasures of promptly working capital cycle, are the efficient ways of increasing use of liquidity. So for in-depth analysis of the liquidity to operational problems and countermeasures for promoting enterprise development is necessary.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problem of cash liquidity on working, and propose countermeasures. The thesis mainly use the ways of review and case study and Positive analysis . It describes the relevant concepts and theories firstly, and analyze SME cash liquidity problem, then in a case for the actual data for Baoyu Cereal and Oil Co., Ltd. It begins in the company's assets structure and cash flow, to analyze the company's operating cash. Ultimately, the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for the cash liquidity problem.
