摘 要:改革开放以来，民营经济飞速发展，成为我国经济最为活跃的增长极。个体工商户为主体的非公有制经济保持着较快的发张，但是民营企业融资难确一直是制约我国民营企业发展的瓶颈。本文以研究民营企业融资问题目标，对民营企业的发展现状，融资方式，融资困境和解决融资困境的对策进行了研究。融资是一个企业从事经济经营活动的前提，如果一个企业不能及时筹措到其发展所需要的资金，那么必定会阻碍企业进一步的发展。我国现阶段民营企业融资难问题是制约其发展的重要因素。
本文具体的研究了华龙日清企业融资的成功经验，分析了该民营企业如何通过不断的完善自我和运用优势来发展和壮大企业。通过对华龙日清企业融资过程进行了分析，针对民营企业融资难问题提出了有针对性的一些对策和建议。民营企业的融资与发展的首先是要提升民营企业自身的综合素质，再结合政府，银行以及社会各个方面来不断的提高自身的实力来促进企业的壮大，从而解决民营企业融资难的问题。
