摘要:民营经济的迅速崛起, 日益成为中国经济发展的主要推动力, 大力发展民营业是促进我国国民经济快速增长、实现人民生活水平提高的有效途径，并且随着经济的发展，我国也大力支持民营企业的创办。但长期以来, 受多种因素交织影响, 众多的民营企业一直备受“ 融资难” 的困扰。融资问题对民营企业的发展有很大影响, 因此研究解决民营企业融资问题, 有极其重要的现实意义。
本文从民营企业的融资现状入手, 分析出了民营企业融资难的原因，并对如何解决民营企业的融资问题提出一些基本措施和建议，并且从我国民营企业融资难的原因论起，借鉴发达国家的经验，从政府政策法规制定、金融体制及机构完善、信用评定及信用担保体系建设等三方面，提出构建我国高效民营企业融资体系的思路和建议。

ABSTRACT:The rapid rise of the private economy, is increasingly becoming the main driver of China's economic development, vigorously develop the private sector is to promote rapid growth of China's national economy, improve people's living standards to achieve an effective way, and with the economic development, China has also strongly supported private enterprise founder. But for a long, interwoven by many factors influence a large number of private enterprises in Nanjing has been great, "financing difficult" problems. Financing the development of private enterprises have a significant impact, the study of private enterprises to solve the financing problem, there is a very important practical significance.
In this paper, present situation of financing of private enterprises, private enterprises analyze the reasons for difficulties in financing, and how to solve the problem of financing of private enterprises to make some basic measures and recommendations, and private enterprises in our country because of financing difficulties, the reference countries experience, from the government to develop policies and regulations, and institutions to improve the financial system, credit rating and credit guarantee system in three areas, proposed to build efficient private enterprise financing system of ideas and suggestions.
