摘要：选取产业集聚和城市化的协调发展作为研究对象，首先阐述产业集聚和城市化的相关概念；论述产业集聚与城市化的关系，通过分析江宁区产业快速集聚，推进城市化发展的同时，也分析其对城市化的协调发展产生的不利影响，进而提出相互协调发展应采取的对策。

Abstract: In this paper, two concepts, Industry Cluster and Urbanization, are selected as the research targets. First, explain the basic meanings of Industry Cluster and Urbanization and briefly mention some other concepts related to the two key words above. Then, state the relationship between industry cluster and urbanization. Simultaneously, analyze how the rapid agglomeration of industry impacts on both positive and negative sides on the healthy growth of Jiangning district. As a result, promote appropriate solutions for a win-win development of Jiangning district.

产业集聚与城市化是两个相互联系紧密的过程，相互作用，互相影响。产业集聚有利于城市工业化，优化城市产业结构，吸引人口和经济要素向城市集中，促进城市的经济增长，从而推动城市化的发展。同时，城市化水平的提高促进城市内部的产业集聚形成发展所需软硬条件的进步和成熟，使城市的产业集聚更为活跃，进一步发展。
在积极推进城市化的过程中，江宁区必须明确产业集聚对城市化的积极作用，结合产业集聚带来的优势，抓住政府制定政策带来的机遇，合理地培育区域的产业集聚以实现城市化的协调发展，从而最终促进江宁区经济的整体提升。
