摘要:新产品对于现代企业的成功和未来繁荣所具有重要作用,有效的新产

品开发是公司未来的主要战略动力,未来属于那些能成功地进行新产品开发的公司,那些在新产品开发方面不能取胜的公司将不可避免地要被淘汰。当前我国大部分企业不具有完整的产品开发能力,新产品的开发是多项技术,大多数企业不具有多项技术,这就要求企业间进行合作,联盟。在网络环境下,组织创新具有新的内涵和特征,企业间的合作开发联盟成为可能。因此,组织进行新产品开发,是组织的一种战略选择,能不能不断地、快速地开发新产品,则关系到企业的生死存亡。

   本文从技术变革,生产方式的变革以及信息技术的出现角度出发,论述了技术变革将会导致组织的创新,而组织的创新是为了更好、更快地适应产品的开发需求,更好地适应环境。本文对产品开发与组织创新的互动性进行研究,发现它们之间有着必然的联系,因此提出构建产品开发的组织结构模式,并以YL公司作为实证分析,目的是为了更好地加强产品开发的组织和管理,实现企业的可持续发展。而持续地改善产品开发过程,实现敏捷化的产品开发,已成为21世纪企业增强竞争力,获取竞争优势的重要途径。

Abstract:New product is very important to successful and flourishing of an enterprise in the future. Effective new product development is main strategy power of a enterprise coming developed, the future belong to successful enterprises which can develop new product successfully, otherwise, it will be bound to eliminate. New product development needs many technologies, but Chinese enterprises lack of it, then, they have to combine, otherwise, it may be come to an end. Organizational innovation has new cultivation and characteristics in the internet background; it is possible to combine among them. So, it is bound to doom if they can’t develop new product fast and sustainable. 

On the basis of analyzing the objective historical regular pattern of technology innovation and organization improving, the change of production way and occur of IT technology which leads to organizational innovated. Organizational innovation is adapted to background well. Then, study on interaction relations between technology innovation and organization innovation, find their inevitable relationship. So bring up to build new product development modes, and carry out practice demonstrate with YL company. It is order to manage strength and to realize sustainable development; and is become main competition advantage in the 21st century.
