摘要:物流配送是物流的基本功能之一,在物流活动中具有重要的地位和作用。它体现了物流的最终效应-----直接为客户服务、满足客户的各种需求。如果没有物流配送就会影响物流的经济效益和社会效益,可以说物流成果主要是通过配送来实现的。物流配送在经济发展中的作用日益突出,改善物流配送已成为提高企业运行质量和经济效益的必由之路。
超市是市场经济条件下的必然产物,由于其规模效益,可以大大降低商品的进货成本,对于吸引消费者和扩大商品的市场份额起着很大作用,同时也是参与国际市场竞争的有效途径。但目前我国超市经营在物流配送这一块水平还很低,因此提高我国超市物流配送现代化水平,乃为当务之急。
本文首先论述了物流配送的优点。接着以SG公司超市为对象进行实证分析,特别对建立一个配送中心的库存、信息化、配送的优化等问题做了深入的探讨,用以提高配送中心的调度效率及经济效益,能更好的实现物流配送现代化。最后结合我国超市存在的问题,就加快其发展提出了一些建议,并对其问题解决的预期效果作了适当的预测。
当然,由于各个行业的环境和结构不同,使得物流配送在实际应用中存在很大的差异,尤其在新兴行业中物流配送的实施存在着诸多问题,需要结合实际进行摸索和探讨,从而达到对竞争战略管理理论补充和完善的目的。
