摘要：企业物流外包是企业之间的密切协作和共赢，因此不可避免的在合作中蕴含着冲突。很多制造企业在物流外包的合作中遭遇到了许多冲突，进而影响了企业的生产。所以企业必须及时有效的关注和处理企业物流外包合作中的冲突。
因此，本文以制造企业为研究对象，通过制造企业供应链流程揭示制造企业物流外包中存在合作冲突，在此基础上提出缓解制造企业物流外包合作冲突的对策及建议。这一研究有利于引起制造企业对物流外包的重视，对促进和推动企业物流外包的科学健康快速的发展，避免和妥善处理物流外包合作冲突有着理论和实践意义。

Abstract：Enterprise logistics outsourcing is close collaboration and win-win situation in enterprises, it inevitably contains conflicts in cooperation. Many manufacturing companies encountered many conflicts in the Logistics Outsourcing, which affected the production of the enterprise. Therefore, enterprises must pay close and effective attention to conflicts in enterprise logistics outsourcing cooperation, and deal with them properly.
Therefore, taking manufacturing enterprises as research object, we reveal the cooperation conflicts in manufacturing enterprises outsourcing by analyzing the manufacturing enterprises supply chain process, on this basis, we put forward some corresponding solutions and countermeasures which may relive cooperation conflicts in manufacturing enterprises about logistics outsourcing. This study may arouse the attention of the manufacturing enterprises about logistics outsourcing. And we do hope that this study can effectively promote the health development of the logistics outsourcing, and properly handle conflicts in the logistics outsourcing cooperation.

本研究的意义在于从物流外包合作的角度出发，去探寻和分析制造企业物流外包在合作阶段存在哪些冲突，并提出相应的解决建议和机制。本研究有利于引起企业尤其是制造企业对物流外包合作的高度重视；更是希望能通过所提出的建议和机制，有利于地促进和推动制造企业物流外包的健康科学快速的发展，在企业实行物流外包战略的合作过程中有效的避免和妥善处理暴露出的冲突。
