摘要:我国经济正处于稳健的成长阶段，伴随物流行业的快速发展，医药物流的改革进程加快。配送环节是物流主要功能之一，是指按照客户的要求，进行分货、拣选等产品准备工作，将最终产品送到客户手中的流动过程。配送成本占物流成本比率较大，所以配送是物流系统的重要一环。现代医药物流企业为增强在本行业内的核心竞争力，将大力发展医药物流系统建设、完善医药物流配送体系为主要议程。
本论文主要研究医药物流配送的现存问题，包括相关政策不到位、信息化管理水平低、医药物流服务能力差、没有充分利用第三方平台、缺乏先进的科学技术以及缺少区域配送中心建设等。通过借鉴发达国家医药物流配送的成功经验，再根据我国的实际情况，提出解决我国医药物流配送现存问题的对策。主要包括选择符合企业发展的配送策略、构建区域化医药物流配送网络、建立医药物流配送中心以及优化医药物流配送路线等。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of the national economy and logistics industry, the reform of China’s medical logistics development, to accelerate the pace of. Distribution is one of the seven functions of logistics, is in accordance with the requirements of customers, after the goods, goods picking, equipped with work, the final product to the mobile and storage process of the customer, is also a kind of commodity circulation. Distribution link in logistics enterprises cost occupies a large proportion, is an important part of the logistics system.
At present, the pharmaceutical logistics enterprises to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, the construction of development of pharmaceutical logistics system, improve medical logistics distribution system, and less operation cost, improve operation efficiency.
This thesis mainly studies the distribution of medical logistics existing; including relevant policies are not in place, low level of information management, medical logistics service ability is poor, did not make full use of third party platform, the lack of advanced science and technology and the importance of establishing the distribution center. Through the experience of developed countries and pharmaceutical logistics distribution, combined with the actual situation of pharmaceutical logistics distribution in our country, puts forward the countermeasures to solve China’s pharmaceutical logistics distribution problems. Mainly includes the selection of distribution strategy, in line with the business development of the construction of regional medical logistics distribution network, establish pharmaceutical logistics distribution center as well as the optimization of pharmaceutical logistics distribution route.

近年来，我国医药行业发展迅速，但医药物流技术和管理的应用程度存在反差，需要建立完善的物流系统来解决目前的瓶颈问题。物流是连接上下游企业的纽带，是第三方利润源，也是企业赢得竞争优势的主要手段。医药物流就是运用现代管理技术和信息技术，对医药（主要指药品和医疗器械）的采购、运输、配送、储存、包装、装卸搬运、流通加工等诸环节进行有效集成和整合，实现医药流通的高效率和高效益。
完善我国医药物流配送体系建设的重要意义：1、有利于形成有序的医药市场秩序。医药物流配送体系运用当代计算机技术、通讯技术与网络技术等，实现信息流通过程的“人机对话”。2、有利于降低医药物流成本。医药配送是依靠一定的物流设备、信息技术和作业管理系统，有效的整合医药产业链中的上下游资源，尽可能地减少不必要的流通环节，节省不必要的费用支出。3、有利于促进医药行业的持续发展。医药物流运用信息平台、战略采购、仓库管理、共同配送等方法，挖掘流通过程中的第三利润源。
