摘要：近几年来，社区档案的普及与发展在社会各界备受瞩目，前人指出了传统社区档案管理中的“重保管，轻利用”现象，而当下档案管理仍然面临着档案观念淡薄，档案管理制度的杂乱无序，宣传力度不够明显等诸多问题，造成这种现象出现的原因是多方面的，既有主观原因，也存在客观原因，本文针对社区档案管理出现问题，提出合理化的解决方法。
社区档案建档是一项综合性工作，需要具备一定的基础，并且建立社区档案的工作保障体系。在新的形势背景之下，社区档案建设需要加快现代化的技术步伐。社区档案最终服务于社会，并体现在日常生活的实际功能中，所以社区档案的建设需要遵循快捷便利的原则与宗旨，发挥其利用价值。
