Abstract: As the globalization process is accelerating, communications between Chinese and western cultures are becoming increasingly frequent. As China is one of the four ancient civilizations, it has profound cultural connotation and rich cultural traditions. China has a large number of culturally-loaded words for which there are no counterparts in western culture. This will obviously cause some difficulties to the exchange of Chinese and western culture. Therefore, in order to better understand and master the methods of translation and promote the effective communication between China and western countries, this paper focuses on the translation of Chinese culturally-loaded words, by analyzing the factors which influence translation and basic principles, combined with various examples, to study different methods of translating Chinese culturally-loaded words in different texts.

摘要：随着全球化进程的不断加快，中西方文化之间的交流日益频繁。中国作为四大文明古国之一，有着深厚的文化内涵和丰富的文化传统。中国拥有大量特有的词汇，而这些中国特色词汇在西方文化中则是空缺的。这显然给中西方的文化交流带来了一定的难度。因此，为了更好地了解和掌握中英互译的方式方法以推动中西方文化的有效交流，本文着重研究中国特色词汇的英译，从影响翻译的因素分析的角度以及翻译的基本原则来分析中国特色词汇的英译，并且结合具体实例，分析中国特色词汇在不同文体中的不同翻译方法。
