Abstract:In modern society, most of the companies take new-employee training seriously. Some companies establish a complete set of new-employee training system, some others set up a Training Department. Meanwhile, a large number of private companies make a training plan. No doubt, new-employee training plays an important part in modern enterprises. However, recently, one of the companies has revealed that the outcome of new-employee training is not satisfactory. It seems that the trainees have mastered all the training knowledge in class, but in practice, they seldom adopt it. Seriously, in the process of training, a few new employees have negative attitudes, taking the training lightly. Obviously, there are two reasons for this. First, the new employees hardly know the importance of the training of the company. Second, the training system is incomplete. Hence, this essay is to introduce the new-employee training, explain the importance of the new-employee training, analyze the present state of the new-employee training, and furthermore try to propose some suggestions to solve the problems of the new-employee training. Its intention is to reinforce the positive attitude of the new employees towards training, and to make the training effective.

中文摘要:当今社会,各行各业都重视新进员工培训。一些公司建立了完善的新进员工培训制度;另外也有一些公司专门设立了培训部;即使是一些私人企业,也制定“旧员工辅助新员工”的培训计划。无可质疑,新进员工培训对现代企业是那么重要。但是,近日在网上某一企业(赛维家电公司)透露“企业培训收效不高:课堂时,效果可能很好,但实际工作中却完全不采用。许多人现在把培训当作耳旁风,心里报着事不关己,可有可无,应付一下的消极心态。”可见,新进员工对企业培训的一知半解和企业落实新进员工培训的不完善是主要原因。因此,介绍现代企业员工培训,阐述员工培训的重要性,分析企业员工培训现状,并解决培训中存在的问题,对加强员工培训的积极性,企业实施培训的成效性和发展当代企业有着深刻的意义。
