Abstract:The chief channel of carrying out quality education is class teaching. It is critical whether students work hard in the class. So the teacher should play a leading role and cultivate students’ study habits constantly and improve their psychological qualities really by using scientific teaching methods, paying attention to teaching arts and attracting students’ attentions. Psychological study shows that more than 90% of the information that people get from outside is by vision channel. English educational thinker, Rock, in his work Educational Informal Discussions points out that teacher’s skill lies in attracting and keeping student’s attention.

摘要:实施素质教育的主渠道是课堂教学，课堂上学生能否专心学习是关键。所以，教师要充分发挥主导作用，运用科学的教学方法，讲究教学艺术，利用学生对所学知识的注意和兴趣，不断培养学生注意的学习习惯，切实提高学生的心理素质。心理学研究表明, 人们从外部获得信息的90%以上是通过视觉渠道获得的。 英语教育思想家洛克也在其著作《教育漫话》中指出：“教员的巨大技巧在于集中学生的注意并且保持他的注意。”
