Abstract：This paper investigates issues around impact of reading in English on the Internet. Reading is a vital skill for all English learners. In this paper the researcher mainly explored the positive effects of reading on the Internet, which include vocabulary, grammar, writing ability, knowledge and the competence of English. A questionnaire and observations were applied in the investigation. The paper concludes that reading on the Internet is helpful for students to improve their reading comprehension.

中文摘要：本文研究的是有关英语网络阅读的影响。阅读对于英语学习者来说是非常重要的。在此研究中研究者主要探索了几个有关网络阅读的积极影响，这些积极影响包括单词，语法，写作能力，知识以及英语能力这几个方面。研究者通过做问卷及观察得到结论，即网络阅读对于英语学习者有很大帮助。
