Abstract: Nowadays, task-based teaching approach is widely applied in senior high school English teaching activities. However, students in senior high school tend to lack motivation in English learning, thus the English teaching and learning process actually deviate from the original aim of task-based approach. This paper is devoted to analyzing task-based approach, illustrating the present English learning situation, probing into the elements affecting students’ learning motivation and exploring the means to stimulate students’ learning motivation through the opportune application of task-based approach.

摘要:如今任务型教学被广泛应用于高中英语教学,然而在实际教学中高中生往往对英语学习缺乏动机,因此任务型教学的精神并不能完全落到实处。本文通过对任务型教学法的简要分析,结合当今高中生英语学习动机的现状,分析得出其影响因素,并就如何正确利用任务教学法提高高中生英语学习的兴趣和动机给出建议。
