Abstract:With the development of the Internet, new words boom, and they have become an indispensable part in cyber language. Numerous new words promote perpetual development of cyber language, enrich vocabulary, and change expressed structure continually. Cyber words not only have specific characteristics of the times that witness the historical development and change, but also are closely associated with social phenomena and social events. This paper illustrates new words in cyber language through numerous examples, and the users using the new words, from the aspects of origins, formation features and popularity, thus finding out the value and their attitudes of such people when they use the new words in cyber language.
