Abstract

 

As the global economy integration and the increasing integration of the world trade, technical cooperation and economic exchanges between the countries all over the world are increasing frequently, So does the cross-border business.Business cooperation is important way of communication in international trade. 

There are four specific syntactic features of long sentence in business English contracts that is the frequent uses of the fixed sentence, compound sentence, adverbial clause of condition and the declarative sentence. Four translation strategies are proposed under this situation which included the division, combination, inversion and sequencing. Next,the difficulties and some requirements are raised. There will be some help for people who engaged in the translation of business English contracts through the study.
