Abstract
Correspondence is letters, and business English correspondence is written in English for business communication and exchange. With the rapid development of China's economy and its trade with foreign countries increasingly frequent, business English correspondence has gradually become an important tool in the economic activities. It is an important medium to communicate, conduct deals of business, conclude the transaction and establish friendly relations with other countries. However, at the same time, problems with language, syntax and style still exist in the process of the writing of business English correspondence. On the basis of correctness principle of business English correspondence writing, typical problems are analyzed and related countermeasures are proposed to improve the correctness of business English correspondence writing in this paper.
