Abstract: In recent years, the new reform of the basic education curriculum is being carried on,there is a very embarrassing situation in the primary and secondary school under the current situation, this article analyzes the factors about the primary school English teaching strategies, the influencing factors of teacher's teaching as well as the students' psychological condition and the structure of knowledge. Encourage teachers to change strategy, and change students from passive learning to active learning. Then let the student want to learn, be able to learn and be happy to learn. Meanwhile English in the current society has been used more and more frequently, whose importance not only in our books, but also in our life, but the oral English teaching is not so ideal. With the idea of the test-oriented English teaching, many public secondary schools even have no concept of oral English teaching, so English as a tool language starts to be flooded ultimately and we also walk into the current secondary schools to make some surveys, we compare some ordinary middle schools with professional foreign language schools, and we find that the foreign language school is better in English teaching, especially in the oral English teaching, and that can be simply summed as 1. Use live teaching material to make the students in the vivid teaching environment. 2. The processing of dealing materials flexibly and the student can accept the new knowledge while their mind get exercise. 3. Create a real environment that is suitable to the Chinese students, so that the students can study in the real situation. 4.Integrate the textbook knowledge and reduce students’ learning tasks.This paper study the relevant books, and the teaching methods as the Communicative Teaching Method and the Task-based Language Teaching Method of oral English teaching.And Finally we also sum up some useful methods–teaching in real scene method and the method of unit knowledge integration.
