摘要:近年来，我国企业呈现增长态势，汽车行业更是高速增长，持续攀升的销量使得汽车制造企业的生产效率得到充分体现。2012年我国汽车产销量均超过1900万辆，再次刷新历史记录，汽车需求的迅速增长，必然对汽车制造企业提出了更高的生产要求。而随着物联网技术的发展和推广，物联网技术已经在很多领域得到应用。很多人开始关注如何将物联网技术应用到ERP系统中，以弥补ERP系统对于生产车间现场监控管理不足的缺陷，使ERP系统能够更好地对企业进行管理，从而提高企业的生产效率。
本文首先介绍了研究背景、内容和方法，之后介绍了物联网技术和ERP的相关理论以及两者的关系，同时以D企业为例，就其ERP系统的实施现状展开分析，找出存在的问题，并就这些问题进行研究，从ERP系统的总体框架设计以及系统功能模块设计两个层面来阐述物联网技术在D企业中的应用，并对其应用效果进行预测，最后对物联网技术在企业ERP系统中的应用发展前景进行展望。
对D企业物联网技术在ERP系统中的应用研究对其他企业是有一定的指导意义的，是有实用价值的。

ABSTRACT:In recent years, Chinese enterprises showed growth, and the automotive industry is rapid growth, with rising sales makes automobile manufacturing production efficiency are adequately represented. This article first introduces the research background, content and method, and then introduces the related theory of the Internet of things technology and ERP, and the relationship between the two, At the same time to D enterprise as an example, analyzes the status of implementation of the ERP system, find out the existing problems, and makes research on these problems, In the overall framework of ERP system design and system function module design two aspects to illustrate the application of Internet of things technology in D company, and forecast its application effect, Finally the application of Internet of things technology in the enterprise ERP system development prospects are forecasted.

ERP系统是企业内外部信息的高度集成，其总体设计主要分为四个模块：物流管理模块（分销、采购、库存管理）、生产控制管理模块（计划、制造）、财务管理模块（会计核算、财务管理）和人事管理模块（工资、人事管理）。这四个模块本身就是集成体，相互之间都有联系，能很好地结合成一个整体来管理企业。本文重点探讨RFID技术在生产管理模块中的应用，并以汽车制造企业为例进行研究。
本文的研究内容主要包括四个部分。第一部分是绪论，主要阐述了论题的研究背景及意义、相关方面的文献综述、研究内容和研究方法；第二部分为介绍物联网技术和ERP系统的相关理论，阐述物联网技术的概念和发展现状以及ERP系统的概念和功能，以及两者之间的关系；第三部分是物联网技术在D企业ERP系统中的应用研究，具体说明物联网技术在汽车制造企业ERP系统中的作用和实际应用；第四部分是结论与应用前景，通过全文分析，总结物联网技术在企业ERP系统中的作用，展望这一课题的发展前景。
