摘要：随着社会经济的进一步发展，施工类企业逐渐由粗放型向集约型转变，为了适应这一变化，施工企业将物资管理看得越来越重要。同时，作为施工企业的重要企业活动之一，企业的物资管理水平直接影响着施工企业工程质量和工期规划，与企业生存发展有着密切的关系。本文通过对某施工企业的物资系统进行分析，结合权威理论，从而归纳出该系统的共同特征。经过进一步的挖掘，寻找该系统中存在的问题。然后，针对问题提出合理化建议，并对该企业物资管理系统优化设计。在此，也希望本文能够为施工类企业构建物资管理系统提供一个参考。

ABSTRACT：With the further socio-economic development, the construction company’s type gradually changes from extensive to intensive, in order to adapt to this change, the construction company’s materials management is becoming more and more important. Meanwhile, as one of the construction company’s important corporate events, the materials management level directly affects the quality and duration of construction enterprises planning, and enterprise survival and development are closely related with it. Based on the analysis of the construction company’s material systems, combining authoritative theory, which summed up a common feature of the system .After further digging, looking for the problems in the system. Then, we should make reasonable suggestions and design new material management of the enterprise system. Here, I hope this kind of enterprise to be able to build construction materials management system to provide a reference.

本次对A企业现有物资管理系统的优化设计的目的是降低物资管理成本、健全企业物资管理系统构架、满足物资的供应需求以及降低项目成本。通过对原有系统的优化设计可以直观的发现，该企业具有了当前主流的物资管理系统功能构架。
详细地说，该企业物资管理系统效率有了很大程度的提高。通过建立物资采购招标管理，规范了企业采购活动，防范了采购人员利用职权谋取私利的行为。同时还保证了物资的质量和供应的可靠性。供应商管理子系统的重新设计也可以为企业积攒有实力、有信誉、有价值的供应商，充分发挥良好的供应商关系可以极大的保障项目的施工进度。物资管理信息子系统能够将企业内部物资管理的信息统一收集整理，并且能即时共享给各个部门，可以帮助企业高层修改物资计划，也能为一线员工提供工作指导依据，从而使项目施工高效率进行。
