摘要：本文对中小物流企业的共同配送问题进行了深入的研究分析，针对中小物流企业可能采取的几种配送模式合起来进行共同配送问题的研究分析，在日益激烈的竞争当中，实施共同配送对中小物流企业是一个较好的选择方式。本文简单的描述了一下中小物流企业在国内外的物流配送现状，并且对一些中小物流企业在实行物流配送中的几种配送模式进行了较为简单的介绍，阐述了目前中小物流企业实施共同配送的必要性，提出了目前我国中小物流企业实施共同配送所遇到的一些问题，并提出了一些解决方案，目的是使中小物流企业在激烈的竞争中胜出。

ABSTRACT：In this paper, the joint distribution of small and medium sized logistics enterprises conducted in-depth research and analysis, for small and medium sized logistics enterprises may take several distribution model for joint distribution problems together research and analysis, in the increasingly fierce competition among small and medium sized logistics for implementing joint distribution enterprise is a way better choice. This paper briefly describes the look small and medium enterprises in the domestic and international logistics status quo, and for some small and medium enterprises in the implementation of logistics and distribution logistics of several distribution model for a more simple introduction, describing current small and medium enterprises to implement joint distribution logistics necessity of the small and medium sized logistics enterprises in the current implementation of joint distribution of some of the problems encountered and proposed some solutions, intended to enable small and medium sized logistics enterprises in the fierce competition.

中小物流企业的共同配送是很多企业迫切希望联合行动的一种活动形式。随着科学的进步和社会的发展，在竞争日益激烈的条件下作为我国物流市场的主力中小物流企业要想取得快速的发展，那么实行共同配送是最优的选择。共同配送可以充分发挥物流企业的优势，并且也是合理利用有限资源的一种活动方式。虽然目前中小物流企业实行共同配送面临有许多的困难和挑战，但是在已经初步具备物流发展环境和市场条件的情况下，实施共同配送将会为中小物流企业带来意意想不到的收益。
