摘要:百货店这一零售形式在我国最早盛行于清朝乾隆年间。在改革开放以前,百货商场在我国零售行业占据极大的比重 ,在计划经济体制下几乎垄断全国的商品零售市场。然而我国对外开放以后,许多外资百货被引入国内,这在一定程度上冲击了我国传统百货商场。随着时代的发展 ,人们的消费习惯发生了变化,多种零售业态由此兴起,这又再一次冲击了百货行业百货行业,使传统百货业逐渐失去强势地位 。但2000年以来,我国居民的收入和消费水平不断的提高,百货零售业出现了利于其自身发展的新趋势,虽然许多百货公司逐渐向这些趋势靠拢,但是由于百货行业内部分化严重、经营模式单一以及面对外部的众多压力百货店的地位已与过去不可同日而语。本文从百货行业内部因素以及外部因素出发,分析其经营现状和已取得的成就,针对经营现状和出现的问题提出创新策略解决问题,并且分析了百货行业的未来发展趋势以求百货行业得到更加长远的发展。
