摘要:随着社会经济的不断发展，人们对生活环境质量的要求越来越高，多种多样的公共设施为人们的生活提供重要的保障，城市公共设施的建设与完善已经显得相当紧迫。
本文采用抽样式实地调查的方法，就北京城市社区公共卫生设施规划的历史形成过程、分布和现状等问题做了初步探讨，并且为公共卫生设施的不断完善提出合理的意见和建议。
1.本文以西城区西安门社区为例，提出探讨的内容，并对这一区域的公共卫生设施现状做系统的阐述。
2.本文将进行影响公共卫生设施建设的要素分析，比如环境因素、人的因素、文化因素以及设施本身的因素。通过实地考察利用大量的图表，提出西安门社区公共卫生设施的具体规划及意见。
3.就国内外有关公共卫生设施的理论发展，阐述我国对这一问题的研究，并且提出个人的见解。
综上所述，西安门与北海公园、中南海、故宫、西黄城根毗邻，既为人们提供了休闲娱乐的场所，又是了解我国传统文化的集聚区，同时它不可避免的成为了我国政治的焦点所在。

Abstract:With the economic and social development, people living environment quality demand more and more，a wide variety of public facilities for people's life provides an important safeguard urban public facilities，the construction and improvement of the already appears quite urgent。
This paper adopts the method of sampling investigation，Beijing city public health facility planning of historical forming process，distribution and situation and other issues discussed for public health facilities，and the continuous improvement of the proposed the reasonable opinion and suggestion。
