[摘要] 学会倾听,对于秘书来说,不仅能搞好人际关系,而且能提高工作效率。秘书是每天都要和人打交道的,倾听能够帮助秘书更好地与他人沟通。通过对本课题的探讨,能够让秘书知道倾听对于自己工作的重要性,学会面对不同倾听对象如何去倾听,提升倾听的能力,把握倾听中应注意的一些细节与一些倾听技巧,进而成为真正善于倾听的秘书。

[Abstract] Learn to listen, for a secretary to can not only improve interpersonal relationship, and can improve the work efficiency. The secretary is an everyday and people, listen to can help secretary better communicating with others. Through this project, this paper can let secretary knows the importance of listening to their work, learn to face different listen to how to listen, ascension object listening ability, grasps listen to some of the details should be paid attention to in with some listening skill, then become really listening secretary.

倾听,如同阅读一样,主要都是心智的活动,而不只是耳朵或者眼睛等的感官运动。如果在这过程中没有心智的参与,那只能称之为“随意地听”而非“用心听”,是“看”而非“阅读”了。所以,倾听最重要的便是要用心,用心去倾听别人的言语才能领会到对方想要表达的意图,同样也是对他人的尊重,对自己的尊重。作为秘书,要接触的人是各种各样的,想要与他人搞好人际关系,倾听的能力就是必不可少的了,具有很好倾听能力的秘书,在工作上也会显得得心应手,因为善于倾听的人容易清楚地了解对方的需求,别人愿意与之交流。
