超市作为一种新的商品零售模式在我国快速发展,且日臻完善,已经越来越深入到人们的日常生活中。由于本土连锁超市起步较晚,与外资连锁超市相比还有一定的差距,主要存在以下六大问题:经营规模偏小、市场定位不明确、忽视质量管理、经营规范化程度低、超市与供应商之间的关系不协调、物流管理水平不高。本文通过本土连锁超市存在问题的原因分析的基础上,着重探讨解决问题的对策。

【Abstract】Supermarket, as a new pattern of retail of merchandise, is developing rapidly and more perfect in our country. Now it is increasingly spreading into resident’s daily life. Owing to the late commencement of the native chain supermarket, there is still some distance compared to the foreign chain supermarket. The main problems are as follows: small scale of operation; intangible market orientation; quality management ignored; low managed criterion; inconsistent relation between supermarkets and suppliers. This article is based on the analysis of the native chain market problems to discuss the strategies about solution of the problems.

不同区域、不同规模的连锁超市企业,各有其自身的特点,企业应该根据其自身特点,因地制宜,从实际出发,研究和探讨出一套适合自身发展的合理的模式,吸取国外先进的管理经验和技术,更新自己的经营管理理念,积极参与市场竞争,就一定能够健康发展,在不断变化着的竞争市场中得以生存和发展。
