摘要:安得物流公司是一家从美的集团剥离出来的相对独立的第三方物流企业,在美的集团雄厚的资金支持下一度得到快速的发展;但是现在在外资先进的管理,国企雄厚的资金,民营迅猛发展的局面下,安得物流的优势已慢慢的被弱化了,因此面对的竞争也越来越激烈,安得物流公司该如何应对?是进一步降低自身的物流成本,用低价格走规模化道路,还是提供更全面、优质的物流服务道路呢?本文先从我国第三方物流企业和需求的现状开始分析,对安得物流企业各方面进行分析,并讨论了一些发展对策,主要以提供增值服务为主,从物流配送的逆向物流增值服务和仓储的RFID可回收物流容器两个方面对安得物流的现状提出一些发展对策。

This paper first from our country the third party logistics enterprise and the status quo of needs began to analyze, the security of the logistics enterprises, analyzed and discussed some development countermeasures, mainly to provide value-added services to give priority to, from logistics and distribution of the reverse logistics value-added services and storage RFID recycling container logistics in two aspects of the present situation of logistics, puts forward some development

  我国国内第三方物流的市场需求量是越来越大,需求的层次也越来越高,相对来说我们国内的第三方物流企业总体水平不高,很多的第三方物流企业是以价格低来作为竞争的筹码,但是在我国基础设施设施不健全的情况下这种竞争迟早会到达一个瓶颈的阶段;因而,提供差异化、优质化物流服务,对增强物流企业的竞争能力才是可持续发展的一条道路。对于安得来说,只有正确认识存在的障碍,加大对物流基础设施和人力资源的投入,为客户提供优质、全面、周到的服务,提高客户的依赖性,使客户越来越“懒”,这样才是企业发展的长远之道。
