摘要:在全球“绿色浪潮”的推动下，环境保护意识逐渐融入到现代酒店店的经营管理中。绿色时代的到来对世界经济发展产生了巨大影响，酒店作为一个宾客汇集的消费娱乐公众性场所，必然要占用、消耗大量的自然资源，排放大量的废弃物质和产生大量的噪音污染，但是随着绿色时代的到来，人们在生产和消费过程中越来越关注资源与环境保护。
在这样的背景下，如何在旅游酒店行业中倡导绿色管理，已是当务之急。本文就广州市翡翠皇冠假日酒店为例，结合当前我国和广州的经济发展状况来探讨如何进行绿色酒店管理，把旅游绿色酒店建设推向一个新的层面。

Abstract:Under the impetus of the global "green wave", the awareness of environmental protection is increasingly integrated into the management of the modern hotel shop. The green time arrival has had the huge influence to the world economics development, As a guest of the Hotel brings together public and consumer entertainment establishments，It is inevitable to occupy, consumption of large quantities of natural resources and emit large quantities of Scrap material and produces a large amount of noise pollution. But along with green time arrival, the people more and more pay attention to the resources and the environmental protection in the production and the expense process.
In this context, how to promote green management in the hotel industry, is a matter of urgency. This article takes jade Crowne Plaza Hotel Guangzhou City as an example. In the light of the present state of economic development of the country and Guangzhou to explore how to conduct a green hotel management. Pushes to a new stratification plane the traveling green hotel construction.

建设绿色饭店并不是一项负担，而是一次挑战。更是一次机遇。绿色饭店的建设离不开全社会的支持。这不仅仅是一个行业的未来，更是整个社会以关注人转为关注环境与人类活动的关系的重要转变。酒店绿色管理的实施是一个长期的系统工程．更要在不断变化的市场环境中动态调整以改进和保持。当今酒店企业之间在市场中的竞争，不仅是传统意义上产品质量、价格、服务．广告的竞争，而且是酒店企业绿色形象的竞争。面对绿色消费市场的蓬勃涌动，酒店业应该认清自身特性．积极投入到实施绿色管理的行动中去。饭店业只有重视生态环境。着眼于绿色管理，使饭店走可持续发展的道路，才能进一步提高饭店业在中外市场中的竞争力。
