摘要:本文以旅游管理专业实习效果评估相关文献的研究为出发点，通过分析旅游管理专业酒店专业实习效果评估的现状和构建酒店实习效果评估模型的理论基础，并尝试运用360度评估考核法，引入多个评价主体，包括实习单位、学校、学生等参与评价，使用层次分析法和德尔菲法确定不同评价主体对不同指标的权重，最后加权处理获得学生的实习成绩，从而构建旅游管理专业酒店实习效果评估模型，为酒店管理专业的学生的实习提供科学、合理、客观的评价。对激发学生实习的积极性、主动性、培养实践技能、及时反馈实习效果、规范实习成绩、实现实习教学评价的科学化、目标化具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the tourism management professional practice and effect evaluation in the research literature as a starting point, through the analysis of the Department of tourism management hotel professional practice effect assessment of the status and construction of the hotel training effect evaluation model in the theoretical basis, and try to use 360 degree evaluation method, introduced several evaluation main body, including the practice unit, the school, the students participate in the evaluation, the use of AHP and Delphi method to determine the different assessment subjects of different weights, the final weighted processing access to student achievement, so as to build the Department of tourism management hotel internship effect evaluation model, for the hotel management specialized student internships provide scientific, rational, objective evaluation. Stimulates the student to practice the enthusiasm, initiative, to cultivate practical ability, timely feedback effect of practice, practice, practice teaching for realization of scientific evaluation, target has important significance.

本文的创新之处在于构建了旅游管理专业实习效果的评价模型，较之以往对实习效果的评价往往多是定性的分析，而且缺少系统性的研究。本文的研究可以对该研究领域进行理论上的补充，希望给相关研究者一定的启示。
由于时间、精力以及实际条件的限制，本文的研究还是比较肤浅的，也存在很多的不足之处，有些方面有待进行更深入系统的研究。本文的不足之处有：
(1)在评价模型的构建上，由于本人能力限制，德尔菲法和层次分析法确定权重的方法在精确度上有待提高，这是本文有待完善的地方；
(2)由于时间和空间的限制，影响学生实习效果的因素是复杂的，不可能把所有影响实习绩效的因素全部列入评价范围，不同的环境与条件，对评价因素有不同的认识，对各因素的权重，不同学校也有不一致的看法。因此，如何更全面、客观和科学地评价实习绩效，尚需更进一步的研究；
（3）本文的所构建的评估模型虽然能对旅游管理专业酒店实习的效果评估并得出数据，但对此数据结果的进行进一步分析研究的相关项目还需更深入的研究。
