摘要:随着我国加入世界贸易组织,整个市场的经济融入到了一个更大的范围,这无疑为我国的银行业提供了一个更为广阔的平台。同时也导致我国银行市场竞争的日益激烈,银行产品消费者理性消费观念的加强和客户需求的多样化,这就要求重庆市NC商业银行需要提高自身的营销水平,在管理水平和经营理念等方面可以通过对西方成功的商业银行所采用的营销策略进行分析与借鉴,并结合我国行情创新并完善自身的营销策略,进而满足日益增长的消费需求,在竞争激烈的银行市场中占有有利地位。
本文以重庆市NC商业银行为研究对象,对其所采取的营销策略进行研究探讨。首先,阐述了商业银行营销策略的理论含义及其所包含的内容。其次,对西方发达国家的银行所采用的营销策略进行分析,并从中总结出适合重庆市NC商业银行的营销策略。再次,对重庆市NC商业银行的营销现状进行分析。最后本文针对重庆市NC商业银行如何制定新的营销策略出发,从营销观念、产品、渠道、促销、市场等方面进行营销策略创新,为重庆市NC商业银行能够更好的满足消费者需求,并取得更大的市场份额提供保障。
