摘要:工作满意度是指员工对自己工作的满意程度,是反映员工工作生活质量和企业人性化管理水平的重要指标,影响着员工的忠诚和奉献精神,也对企业人力资源的激励和保留有着重要的影响。
员工工作满意度和员工的需求特点有着紧密地联系,人力资源管理中有关人性的研究以及诸多管理心理学的理论表明,人的需求是非常复杂多样而同时又具有一定的特点和规律,所以人在从事具体工作的时候,会从内心对企业有诸多的期望和要求,而这些期望和要求往往就是影响员工工作满意度的因素。当然,企业对员工也有具体的期望和要求,如期望员工能够发挥自己的聪明才智、不断提高工作能力、努力工作、对企业忠诚、为企业的发展做出自己的贡献等等。这种心理契约的形成可以说是人性和企业的性质所致,是心照不宣的事情。
那么深入分析影响员工工作满意度的各种因素,监控和掌握员工的满意水平,并采取有效的措施和员工进行沟通交流,协调好企业和员工的关系,对于提高员工的忠诚、激励和绩效有着非常重要的意义。
本文通过调查问卷、走访座谈等方式,深入企业了解员工对工作满意度的看法和评价,对企业员工工作满意度的影响因素及应对措施进行了调研和实证研究。

ABSTRACT:Job satisfaction refers to employee satisfaction with their jobs, is an important indicator to reflect the quality of working life and business humanistic management level, affect employee loyalty and dedication, and also has an important impact on the enterprise human resources motivation and retention.
The demand characteristics of employee job satisfaction and employee are closely linked, studies show that the human in human resource management and the theories of management psychology, people's demand is very complicated but it has certain characteristics and patterns, so when people engaged in specific work, will be from the heart have many expectations and requirements of enterprises, and these expectations and requirements is often the factors affecting employee job satisfaction. Of course, enterprises also have specific expectations and requirements for the employees, as expected, employees can play to their one's ability and cleverness, constantly improve the ability to work, hard working, loyal to the enterprise, to make its own contribution to the development of enterprises. The formation of the psychological contract can be said to be the human nature and the nature of the enterprise, is a thing.
Various factors that influence the deep analysis of employee job satisfaction, employee satisfaction level monitoring and control, and to take measures and employee effectively communicate, coordinate relations between enterprises and employees, to improve employee loyalty, motivation and performance has a very important significance.
In this paper, through the questionnaire, interview, evaluation, views and understanding employees into the enterprise to job satisfaction, influencing factors on employee's job satisfaction and coping measures for the investigation and empirical research.
