摘要：在滨海生态旅游的理论基础上，结合连云港滨海生态旅游的发展优势，探索连云港旅游吸引力提升的策略和途径：1、树立以保护为首，开发服从保护的原则；2、突出特色滨海生态旅游资源，发挥区域整体优势；3、提高公众参与意识，完善体制，加强管理。形成了以尊重客观滨海生态旅游资源，调动主观能动性进行保护开发的发展思路。

Abstract: Based on the theory of Coastal Ecotourism and the developmental advantage of Lianyungang’s Coastal ecotourism, this article explores the strategies and methods to boost the tourism of Lianyungang. Firstly, protection should be prioritized and development needs to be subordinated to protection. Secondly, the special resources of coastal ecotourism and the advantage of the whole region should be high lighted . Thirdly, people’s awareness of participation should be increased and the management system should be improved. Finally, the developmental thoughts of relying on objective resources of coastal ecotourism and making best use of subjective initiative are formed.

海岸带对人类活动的重要性在人类的历史中已经体现的十分明显，在工业时代至今甚至未来也将发挥着日益重要的作用，在此背景下，滨海生态旅游对于生态旅游乃至整个整个旅游业的影响也将逐步凸显。滨海旅游的发展带动了当地的经济增长、促进了当地的基础设施建设，同时也给旅游者提供了舒畅的自然体验和新起点文化享受，有利于身心健康。于此，在未来的旅游也发展中，滨海旅游一定大有可为，因此，滨海生态旅游也将扮演着更加重要的角色。
