摘要:本文探讨苏州市(地级市)酒店空间分布规律。指出酒店空间分布是与城市商业布局密切相关的,是多位于经济实力相对较强的城区,抑或集聚于旅游资源丰富的地区,或者集聚于交通干道和次干道附近,因此,酒店的分布基本符合土地总体价格的阶梯分布,固又与城市发展规划相一致。
城市酒店业是城市发展第三产业中极为重要的部门之一。而在我国,城市酒店业的发展始于80年代初期,之后便逐步壮大,伴随着外国大集团连锁酒店的入驻,中国的酒店业呈蓬勃发展之势。本文旨在探讨酒店业空间结构调整和优化规律,以及促进城市旅游经济的可持续发展。

Abstract: this thesis discusses the hotel space distribution regular pattern in suzhou (except county-level city).Points out that the space distribution is closely related with the city layout, is often located in the relatively strong economic strength in the city, or gather in the tourism resources abundant region, or gather in the traffic trunk road and near sub-road. Therefore, the distribution of the hotel complies with the overall price basic land ladder distribution, so also consistent with the urban development planning.
Urban hotel industry is a e etremely important part of the departments in the development of the city third industry. And in China, the development of urban hotel industry began in the 80 s, and then gradually grow. with foreign big group of the hotel chain moving into China's hotel industry industry is vigorous development trend.This article aims to explore the hotel industry space structure adjustment and optimization regular pattern, and to promote the sustainable development of city tourism economy.
