[摘要]随着信息技术的飞速发展，方便，快捷，无时间地域限制的网络购物正日益成为越来越多人采用的购物方式。网络购物是新兴的网络市场的产物，它不仅给消费者带来实实在在的利益好处，还也给制造商，经销商带来新的商机，带来大量税收和就业机会。但是现阶段，由于网络购物市场的监管制度不完善，诚信机制不健全等原因，导致了诸如网络诈骗、消费陷阱、过度消费、诚信缺失等一系列问题。本文从网购模式的概念和现象入手，分析了当前网购模式中存在的相关问题，并提出相应的对策建议。相信随着现代信息化时代的迅速发展，电子商务的发展，监督机制的进步，网购模式将逐步完善，为我国经济社会发展做出积极贡献。
