摘要:随着经济的快速发展，我国家纺企业正在茁壮成长，为推动国民经济发展，创造更多就业机会做出了极大的贡献。经过多年发展，中国家用纺织品制造水平有较大提高，中国更成为家用纺织品消费大国。伴随着家纺企业的不断发展壮大，关系其发展的管理问题也越来越受关注。作为企业管理的核心，财务管理在家纺企业的整个管理过程中扮演着重要的角色，财务管理水平的高低影响着企业未来的发展。本文通过文献查阅、指标分析、图表分析等方法，对小型家纺企业主要存在的财务管理问题进行了研究。首先，阐述了财务管理的内容及方法；其次，通过结合对南通情语轩家用纺织品有限公司财务管理现状的分析，发现其财务管理中主要存在财务机构设置不完善，财务制度不健全，短期资产管理不善等问题，并从企业自身及外部环境分析问题形成的原因；最后针对南通情语轩家纺公司财务管理问题提出相应的改进建议，努力提高财务管理水平。

Abstract:With the development of economy, Chinese textile enterprises are growing quickly, and make a great contribution in promoting the development of the national economy and creating employment opportunities. After years of development, China has become the home textiles manufacturing country and the country of consumption. Along with the management of textile enterprises continue to grow and develop, we are increasingly concerned about the management level. As the core of the enterprise management, financial management plays an important role in the entire management process of the textile enterprises. The level of financial management affects the enterprise's future development. This article takes the literature consult, index analysis and chart analysis methods to analyse the problems of the small home textile enterprise’s financial management. First of all, this paper expounds the content, process and method of financial management. Second, it will study the financial problems of Nantong Qingyuxuan textile enterprise, then we find that there are many problems in the enterprise financial management. For example, the financial institution and the financial system are not perfect. And there are also some problems in the management of short-term assets. The paper is to find the reason of these problems from the enterprise itself and the external environment. Finally it will put forward some suggestions for Nantong Qingyuxuan textile enterprise to solve the financial management problems and to improve the whole financial management level.
