摘要:绿色饭店是指运用环保健康安全理念,坚持绿色管理,倡导绿色消费,保护生态和合理使用资源的饭店。核心是为顾客提供符合环保、健康要求的客房和餐饮。创建绿色饭店主要包括开发绿色食品,倡导绿色消费,开展绿色经营,加强绿色管理。绿色饭店是现代饭店走可持续发展道路中的必然选择,是与国际饭店业接轨的必要途径,更是满足顾客日益增长的绿色消费的需要。本文从绿色饭店的概念讲起,进一步介绍了我国绿色饭店标准的主要内容,以及绿色饭店创建的基本要求,对中国创建绿色饭店取得的成就和存在的问题进行思考,最后阐述了对绿色饭店管理的理念,通过建立一系列管理制度,使得绿色饭店的各项活动得到规范,从而实现饭店的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益三大效益的统一。

Abstract: Green hotel is refers to the hotel which use of environmental protection and safety philosophy, assist to the green management, advocate green consumption, protect the ecological and use resource reasonably. The core is to provide customers with rooms and restaurants accord with environmental protection and health requirements.  Create green hotel mainly include developing the green food, advocating green consumption, developing and strengthen the green management. Green hotel is the inevitable choice in the sustainable development path, also meet customers' growing green consumption needs. This article start from the concept of green hotel and introduces the main content of the green hotel's standards and illustrates the requires of creating green hotel in our country. Finally expounds the concept of green hotel management, and by establishing a series of management systems, make green hotel in all kinds of activities get standards, and make unification of economic, social and environmental benefits.
