摘 要:企业的发展和壮大过程过,人是最重要的因素,企业的管理应该以人为本。本文的创新在于以东鹏国际家具为例,研究其在管理上存在的诸多问题,然后提出相应问题的解决方案,得出企业管理还得要以人为本的结论。

   以人为本的企业管理主要分两个方面。其一:换位思考。从员工的角度了解员工的想法和创新,激励员工保质保量完成工作;同时对于员工的工作安排因人而异,人尽其才。其二:集体意识。提高员工的忠诚度,让员工找到家的归属感,培养出强烈的集体意识。同时,树立企业荣辱观,让企业每一个人自觉完成各项工作,会因为无所作为而惭愧。如何让企业贯彻以人为本的管理理念是本文的核心,懂员工,支持他们的工作,从上往下逐级以人为本,最终建立成一个坚固的整体,使企业不但不惧大风大浪,而且能够应对任何挑战,真正为百年企业奠定基础。

ABSTRACT:Enterprise development and growth process, people are the most important factors, enterprise management should be people-oriented. The innovation of this paper is to Dongpeng international furniture as an example, research the problems existed in the management, and put forward corresponding solutions problem, obtains the enterprise management must be people-oriented.

   People-oriented corporate governance mainly consists of two aspects. It a: empathy. To understand their ideas and innovation from the perspective of employees, motivate staff to complete the work; at the same time for employees working arrangements differ from man to man, give full scope to the talents. Second: the collective consciousness. Enhance the loyalty of employees, allowing employees to find a sense of belonging, cultivate a strong collective consciousness. At the same time, setting up the enterprise concept of honor and disgrace, allow enterprises to each individual consciousness to complete each work, because will attempt nothing and accomplish nothing but shame. How to let the enterprise implement people-oriented management concept is the core of this paper, understand employee, support their work from the top down step by step, people-oriented, eventually build into a solid whole, make the enterprise not only fear strong wind and big waves, but also can deal with any real challenges, to lay the foundation for a century enterprise.
